The new TSP654 II printer from Star Micronics is the second version of the well-known and reliable TSP650 printer. The printer is designed for printing text and graphics on continuous thermal paper rolls with a width of 58 mm or 80 mm. Easy paper loading, high printing speed (300 mm/s), and automatic cutter. The printer prints all common barcodes (2D barcodes - QR Code, PDF417, GS1). Printers are available in several different versions and communicate in the following way:

The TSP654II printer is the first stationary POS printer with a USB interface designed for MFI iOS and Android. The printer allows direct connection to iOS devices - iPhone, iPad, iPod, and Android, enabling its use in mobile POS. WiFi is not necessary, which reduces installation costs. This solution is ideal for both small and large merchants, especially in seasonal businesses, and many other applications. The TSP654II ECO printer has been enhanced with features such as the ability to use thin paper (min. 53 microns) and Energy Star certification (throughout the PS60 range). Printers are used in POS systems, banks, restaurants, hotels, and hospitals, and everywhere quality and printing speed are crucial.
STAR printers come with an SDK, which makes printer integration much easier. STAR has developed a set of SDK tools for developers for Android, Blackberry, and iOS.
