Have you purchased a printer cartridge from us and feel that something is wrong?

First, try looking at a few tips below to see what the problem might be, and if that doesn't help, here is a clear and concise overview of how to make a complaint about goods purchased from us.

First, please check:

1. Does the purchased cartridge really belong in your printer?
2. Does the appearance and description match your original filling?
3. Have you removed all covers, seal tape, etc.?

If everything is in order and the problem persists, it is time to make a complaint about the goods.
