I ordered the wrong goods.

Never mind, it can happen to anyone. You can send the item back to us within the statutory 14 day period to arrange an exchange for the correct product. The condition is that the goods must be unused and undamaged. In order to speed things up, it is better to report such a situation to us before you send the goods, for example by email.


Is it possible to pick it up in person?
