How do I tell which cartridge to order?

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

The tracking number of your order is on the shipping confirmation. If the shipment cannot be traced, please contact us. We will find it.

 

What are the transport options?

I ordered the wrong goods.

Never mind, it can happen to anyone. You can send the item back to us within the statutory 14 day period to arrange an exchange for the correct product. The condition is that the goods must be unused and undamaged. In order to speed things up, it is better to report such a situation to us before you send the goods, for example by email.

 

Is it possible to pick it up in person?

Yes, personal pick-up is possible for FREE at our shop in Pilsen, Czech Republic.

 

I am hesitating between the original and compatible ink cartridge or toner cartridge. Which one to choose?
