Spectrum filament FLEX

FLEX Spectrum Filaments – top-class flexibility and durability in professional quality

FLEX Spectrum filaments represent a modern generation of flexible 3D printing materials that combine high elasticity, mechanical resistance and precise printability. They are made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) with optimised hardness, which ensures excellent flexibility while maintaining dimensional stability. This material is ideal for producing functional parts that must withstand impacts, repeated bending or vibrations, such as seals, handles, protective covers, damping elements or functional prototypes.

Smooth printing and precise results

Unlike some flexible filaments that can be difficult to process, Spectrum FLEX is designed to print easily and consistently. Thanks to high production quality and precise diameter control, the material is fed evenly without clogging the nozzle. It offers excellent inter-layer adhesion and produces smooth, homogeneous prints with a professional appearance.

Characteristic properties of Spectrum FLEX filament:

  • High elasticity and shape memory – prints return to their original shape even after deformation

  • Resistance to wear, oils, greases and chemicals

  • Excellent layer adhesion and dimensional stability

  • High resistance to impacts and tearing

  • Easy to print even at lower speeds

  • Matte, uniform surface without bubbles or gaps

Ideal for technical and creative applications

Thanks to its versatility, Spectrum FLEX filament is used in a wide range of fields – from industrial production to design projects. It is suitable for printing functional parts, seals, anti-slip pads, ergonomic handles, sports accessories and packaging elements. The material absorbs vibrations and shocks very well, making it an ideal choice for parts that must withstand mechanical loads.

Recommended printing parameters:

  • Nozzle temperature: 220–245 °C

  • Bed temperature: 40–60 °C

  • Print speed: 20–35 mm/s

  • Retraction: minimal or disabled

For best results, a Direct Drive extruder is recommended, as it provides better control over feeding the soft filament.

Wide range of hardness levels, colours and eco-friendly variants

Spectrum Filaments offers its FLEX materials in several hardness levels (e.g. Shore 85A, 90A, 98A) – from very soft types suitable for elastic parts to stiffer versions for more rigid components.
The range includes a rich palette of colours – from classic neutral tones to bright, vivid shades for design applications. Like other Spectrum products, these FLEX filaments are also available in an eco-friendly Refill version without a spool, which reduces plastic waste and supports a sustainable approach to 3D printing.

Flexibility, durability and professional quality in one material

FLEX Spectrum combines high performance with easy processing, making it an ideal choice for those who want to achieve a perfect balance between functionality, aesthetics and reliability. Prints retain their properties even after repeated stress, so they are also suitable for components intended for long-term use.

The FLEX Spectrum Filaments category offers a premium TPU material that is easy to print, looks professional and withstands demanding use. A perfect choice for anyone looking for a high-quality flexible filament with the highest level of reliability, precision and durability.
