Product description

Durable and shock-resistant

The intelligent ABS Spectrum filament is a material characterized by high impact strength with relatively high stiffness. Version ?smart? is characterized by improved processing parameters, which significantly reduce difficulties during the sequential production with standard ABS material. It primarily involves reducing shrinkage and the release of irritating volatile substances during processing. An undeniable advantage of this material is that it retains its properties at temperatures as low as -40 °C.

Compared to standard ABS, intelligent ABS is characterized by:

  • reduced shrinkage,
  • glossy printed surface,
  • lower printing temperatures,
  • enhanced flow properties.

The susceptibility of intelligent ABS to chemical treatment (acetone vapors) allows for obtaining very smooth printed surfaces. Thanks to this, parts after this type of treatment are used in industrial design and in the broader decorative industry.
