The structural two-component reinforced epoxy adhesive 3M Scotch-Weld DP420 cures at room temperature.
It is non-drip. It has increased long-term temperature resistance. The processing time is approximately 20 minutes, reaching handling strength in about 2 hours. The adhesive creates the strongest, yet flexible and durable bonds. It has high impact strength and peel strength. It is ideal for bonding metals, glass, selected plastics, and fiber-reinforced composites. In the short term (up to 60 minutes), it can withstand temperatures of 200 °C. It can be used for bonding metal parts before applying baked powder coating. Technical specifications system: two-component adhesive, 2:1, EPX base: elastomer-reinforced epoxy temperature resistance: 120 °C UV resistance: excellent moisture resistance: excellent chemical resistance: excellent application: applicator from EPX dual cartridge
