Extend the battery life of your rugged Zebra ET80 or ET85 tablet with the original additional battery pack BTRY-ET8X-PRPK1-01. This auxiliary powerpack battery is designed to connect to the optional expansion back cover (Expansion Back), enabling continuous 24/7 operation of the device without the need to interrupt work for battery replacement. Thanks to the hot-swap function, you can replace the battery even during operation, which is ideal for demanding warehouse, logistics, or field service environments.
The battery has a capacity of 3400 mAh at a voltage of 7.6 V, which corresponds to an energy of 25.8 Wh. This capacity adds to the endurance of the tablet's main internal battery and significantly extends the time of continuous operation. Included is a five-segment LED indicator panel that clearly displays the current charge level. The power pack also serves to quickly recharge the tablet's main battery, so the device always remains fully ready.
To charge the power pack, an external charger with four slots is required (model SAC-ET5X-4PPK1-01, sold separately). The battery is compatible only with expansion back covers that support a replaceable battery, specifically the cover with rotating hand strap ZBK-ET5X-10RH1-01 or the cover with smart card reader ZBK-ET8X-SMARTCARD-01. Warning: although the ET8X powerpack has the same dimensions as the ET5X series powerpack, they are not mutually compatible and must not be interchanged.
