Product description
By installing this cable, the original USB cable can be replaced and the Virtuos HT-857 and HT-880DPM barcode scanners can be connected to a serial RS-232 (Canon9) port. If the cash register provides 5V power via pin 9 of the Canon 9 connector, it is possible to power the reader directly from the cash register; otherwise, an external power supply (HDB0020) or a power adapter (HAC0093) can be added to the cable.
