The Virtuos HW-857 industrial wireless scanner is designed for demanding environments where reliability and durability are key. Handles reading both 1D barcodes and 2D codes (QR, Data Matrix, PDF417) from various surfaces, including displays and transparent packaging. Thanks to its robust housing with IP65 protection and resistance to drops from a height of 2 meters, it is ideal for warehouses, manufacturing, and logistics.

The reader uses a CMOS sensor with a resolution of 1280 x 800 px and a speed of 60 frames per second, enabling fast and accurate decoding even of difficult-to-read codes. Wireless communication takes place via 2.4 GHz (range up to 10 m) or Bluetooth (range up to 40 m), allowing connection to tablets, phones, and computers. Included is a charging base with a USB cable and a replaceable 3200 mAh Li-ion battery, which ensures up to 30 hours of continuous operation.

The dimensions of the reader are 76 x 204 x 98 mm, with a weight of 340 g, which ensures ergonomic comfort during long-term use. Charging is carried out via the base station or an external 12V/1A adapter, with the option of fast charging and charging a backup battery.
