Product description
Industrial DPM (Direct Part Marking) code reader is designed for use in healthcare, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, the electronics and automotive industries, etc. The scanner has increased sensitivity for reading codes stamped, burned, or etched directly onto the metal surface of products, from transparent packaging or displays, and quickly decodes even difficult-to-read, blurred, and crumpled codes. The reader's robust housing is fire-resistant and resistant to dust and water with an IP65 protection rating.
The device was developed in cooperation with the traditional Czech manufacturer of medical instruments and implants, MEDIN, a.s. (the successor to the state-owned enterprise Chirana), where the readers are used for quality control – validation of DPM code printing on manufactured medical instruments.
