Highly Functional Polyamide
The Spectrum PA6 Neat BK filament was manufactured based on LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® 9936 BK. The qualitative parameters of the fiber have been fully tested and are certified by Lehmann&Voss&Co KG.
Spectrum PA6 Neat BK (manufactured based on LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® 9936 BK) is a new, highly functional filament based on polyamide 6 in black color.
The main feature of PA6 Neat is its increased mechanical strength compared to other plastics. The material also has exceptional thermal properties, chemical resistance, and relatively high corrosion resistance. The Spectrum PA6 Neat BK (manufactured from LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® 9936 BK) allows long-term operation (20,000 h) at 120 °C while maintaining sufficient mechanical properties.
PA6 Neat has low processing shrinkage (0.3%) and reduced moisture absorption rate (<0.3% 23 °C/24 h). Thanks to the above-mentioned properties, it is an ideal filament for professional users, allowing for the creation of durable prints. From a technical standpoint, the highly attractive properties of the Spectrum PA6 Neat BK material (made from LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® 9936 BK) can be achieved by adhering to the basic storage rules for this type of material (in a dry and dark place with humidity below 15%). To achieve the best properties of the printed object, it is recommended to dry the material before starting work.
