NIIMBOT B2 Pro is a compact smart label printer designed for everyday use at home, in the office, in shops, warehouses, and the food service industry. Offers high resolution of 300 dpi, supports labels with a width of 20–50 mm, and thanks to direct thermal printing technology, requires no ink or toner. With the NIIMBOT mobile app, you can easily create product labels, price tags, name tags, QR and barcodes, or labels with your own text and graphics. The B2 Pro can also print selected labels without a phone or computer using a standalone function button. It also supports special red-black and photographic labels with grayscale printing.

One-touch label – even without a phone

One of the main advantages of the NIIMBOT B2 Pro model is the smart offline mode. After the initial setup, you can start selected print jobs directly using a dedicated function button, without having to open the app on your phone each time or work on a computer. The printer allows you to print a label with the current time with a single press, reprint the last used label, or launch a preset template. The function is particularly useful wherever the same types of labels are printed repeatedly – for example when marking the preparation and expiration dates of food, receiving materials, products in the warehouse, or goods in the store.

300 dpi: when every detail matters

A print head with a resolution of 300 dpi makes it possible to create sharp and clearly legible labels even when using smaller text or finer graphics.

The Niimbot B2 Pro also supports special NIIMBOT photographic thermal labels designed for grayscale printing, allowing you to work with more detailed graphics and image motifs.

High resolution is especially appreciated for labels containing a larger amount of information, small text, logos, symbols, barcodes, or QR codes. A higher level of detail is useful not only for organizational labels in the home, but above all for professional use in retail, offices, warehouses, gastronomy, or smaller operations, where the information on the label must be quickly and reliably readable.

Red-black printing for information that must not be overlooked

With compatible special NIIMBOT labels, the B2 Pro can use not only classic black, but also red-black thermal printing. This way, you can highlight an important part of the label in color and distinguish it from the other information at first glance. The red color is ideal, for example, for highlighting the expiration date, warnings, promotional prices, an important product status, or other information that should not go unnoticed. Red-black printing is therefore ideally suited for gastronomy, retail, warehouses, and product labeling. The color effect is created by using special compatible thermal labels – so even in this case, the printer does not need an ink cartridge or toner.

From a small label to a 35 cm label

The NIIMBOT B2 Pro supports labels with a width of 20 to 50 mm and a length from 8 up to 350 mm, so it is not limited to just one specific type of labeling. A single printer can thus serve a variety of different tasks. Original NIIMBOT labels are equipped with an intelligent identification chip. After inserting a compatible roll, the system can recognize the type and dimensions of the label and automatically offer the corresponding template settings in the application. This eliminates the lengthy manual adjustment of dimensions before each print.

Design your label exactly the way you want

In the NIIMBOT mobile app, you can design labels directly on your phone or tablet. Ready-made templates and an extensive library of graphic elements are available, which can be further customized according to specific use. The printer works with Android and iOS devices and also supports use with a Windows computer. B2 Pro additionally allows simultaneous connection of up to 10 mobile devices – 3 iOS devices and 7 Android devices, which can significantly facilitate the use of a single printer by multiple workers.

Compact, yet ready for everyday work

Despite its wide printing capabilities, the NIIMBOT B2 Pro remains an easily portable device. A body measuring approximately 126 × 91 × 67 mm weighs only 348 g, so you can easily carry the printer between workstations or store it in a drawer, bag, or work equipment. Power is supplied by an integrated 1500mAh rechargeable battery, thanks to which the device does not need to be permanently connected to the mains during printing itself. Charging is carried out via the modern USB-C connector and takes approximately 2–3 hours when powered at 5 V / 2 A. Wireless communication is provided by Bluetooth 5.0 Dual Mode, allowing the printer to be conveniently used with mobile devices.
