One of the most interesting features of the current version of the NIIMBOT B2 is the ability to quickly print offline using a single function button. After the initial setup in the app, you can choose one of three modes, which you can then use directly on the printer without having to open your phone or computer every time. The first mode is printing the current date and time, which is useful, for example, when labeling freshly prepared foods, the production date, expiration date, or the time goods are received. The second option is reprinting the last used label, so you do not have to search for or edit a frequently used label again. The third mode is quick printing of a preset template, which you will appreciate wherever you regularly use the same types of labels.

Fast and highly readable thermal printing with 203 dpi resolution

The NIIMBOT B2 uses a 203 dpi print head, which ensures highly readable printing of text, numbers, symbols, and simple graphic elements. The printer can also handle barcodes and QR codes, price tags, product information, or warehouse labeling. Print speed reaches up to 50 mm/s, so the B2 can efficiently handle preparing even larger quantities of labels. You will appreciate this, for example, when labeling new goods, repricing products, taking inventory, or during everyday work in the warehouse and store. The NIIMBOT B2 uses direct thermal printing technology. The print head acts directly on the heat-sensitive layer of the label, so the printer does not require ink cartridges, toner, or a ribbon.

After inserting a supported roll, the printer can identify the consumable used and help the application set the corresponding label format. When changing the roller, you don't have to manually enter its dimensions every time. The system can also correctly position the label to the default position for the next print, making it easier to alternate between different types of consumables and helping to reduce unnecessary label waste.

Create a label exactly the way you want

In the NIIMBOT app, you can create a simple text label or a more elaborate custom label in just a few moments. You can insert text, images, icons, frames, barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, date, and other information into the design. The application offers a wide library of fonts, icons, graphic elements, and ready-made templates that make it easier to create a professionally looking label without the need to use a separate graphic design program. For business use, batch printing, working with serial numbers, scanning, or image recognition are also suitable. With regular use, you can also prepare your own templates and then assign one of them to quick offline printing using the button on the printer.

From your phone or computer in an instant

NIIMBOT B2 communicates with a smartphone via Bluetooth. You can prepare the label design directly on your phone, edit its content, and then send it wirelessly to the printer. The NIIMBOT application supports devices with Android and iOS systems. The printer can also be used in conjunction with a computer, which will be appreciated especially by users who prepare larger quantities of product, price, or inventory labels. NIIMBOT also offers its own software for the B2 series for Windows. Thanks to three offline printing modes, it is also not necessary to use a phone or computer for every single print. For frequently repeated tasks, simply turn on the printer and use its function button.
