Sharp and detailed printing with 300 dpi resolution

One of the main advantages of the NIIMBOT B1 Pro printer is its print head with a resolution of 300 dpi.

Higher resolution enables more precise rendering of small text, numbers, symbols, and graphic elements, and also contributes to better readability of barcodes and QR codes. The effective print width reaches up to 48 mm, so practically the entire surface of compatible labels can be used. The B1 Pro is therefore suitable not only for simple labels, but also for product labels, price tags, or tags containing a larger amount of information.

Black, red, and 16 shades of gray

The NIIMBOT B1 Pro expands the possibilities of classic thermal printing with support for black-and-red labels. When using compatible two-color consumables, you can combine black and red elements on a single label. Red can be used to highlight, for example, a price, a special offer, an important notice, or other information that should immediately attract attention on the label. The printer also supports image processing in 16 shades of gray, allowing for better reproduction of photographs, logos, and other graphics that are not composed solely of pure black and white areas. To use black-and-red printing or grayscale printing, it is necessary to use the corresponding compatible labels.

Thermal printing without ink or toner

NIIMBOT B1 Pro uses direct thermal printing technology. The print head acts directly on the heat-sensitive layer of the label, so the printer does not require ink cartridges, toner, or a ribbon. For normal use, it is sufficient to add only the appropriate label roles. Thermal technology also means fewer consumable components and simple maintenance, which you will appreciate especially when regularly printing larger quantities of labels.

From small labels to long labels

B1 Pro supports label rolls with a width of 20 to 50 mm and a print length ranging from 8 to 350 mm. A single printer can thus handle a range of different formats – from simple name tags and price tags to longer informational or product labels. You can use the printer, for example, for organizing boxes, drawers, and shelves, labeling products and storage locations, creating price tags, information labels, name tags, or inventory labels. It works just as well for printing barcodes and QR codes, labeling cables and electronics, documents and binders, or for organizing food and other household supplies at home.

Create your own label in the NIIMBOT app

Using the printer is made easier by the intelligent RFID identification of compatible labels. The printer can recognize the inserted consumable material and work with the application to prepare the correct label format. A practical feature is also the automatic alignment of the label after closing the cover. The design of labels is handled by the NIIMBOT application, in which you can create a simple text label in just a few moments or prepare a more elaborate label combining multiple elements. More than 19,000 cloud templates are available, ready for various industries and use cases. The application also supports bulk printing, intelligent image processing, automatic time updates, and PDF file import, which can significantly speed up work when preparing a larger number of labels.

Printing from phone and computer

NIIMBOT B1 Pro communicates with a mobile phone via Bluetooth, so you can prepare, edit, and print a label without needing to connect the printer with a cable.

The B1 Pro is also designed for work environments where one printer is used by multiple people. Supports simultaneous connection of up to 10 mobile devices, specifically up to 3 iOS devices and 7 Android devices. Thanks to this, the printer does not have to be reserved for just one phone and can be conveniently used by multiple workers in the office, warehouse, or store. For working on a computer, connection via Bluetooth or USB-C is also available.

Compact design and built-in battery

The NIIMBOT B1 Pro is not limited to use only at a desk. Inside, there is a rechargeable battery with a capacity of 1,500 mAh, so you can print even without a permanent connection to the power grid. The printer measures only 135 × 93 × 63 mm and weighs approximately 355 g. That’s why you can easily carry it between the office, warehouse, and shop, or store it in a drawer when you don’t need it. Charging is provided by the modern USB-C connector.
