The material PETG is very similar to the material PET, from which most PET bottles are made. It is a solid and tough material with high thermal stability. Thanks to its low shrinkage during printing, it is suitable for printing larger objects. PETG has mechanical and thermal properties better than ABS while maintaining the print quality of PLA.

Unlike some filaments on the market, Gembird printing strings do not release hazardous odors, ensuring safe and clean printing operation.

Additionally, they are completely biodegradable, thereby minimizing the impact on our environment.
