The 3M Roloc™ 777F grinding disc, thanks to 3M ceramic abrasive grain, which is one of the hardest and most durable minerals available, is ideal for medium-duty to very demanding material removal. The ceramic and aluminum oxide blend has self-sharpening properties and, compared to aluminum oxide, is more durable and grinds faster. The strong waterproof backing ensures consistent material removal in both wet and dry conditions. The grinding additive reduces heat buildup and ensures cooler grinding on metals that are more sensitive to heat. The textile backing provides greater flexibility than fibers, and thus a better ability to unify. The disc is intended for metalworking: grinding, blending, deburring, creating edge bevels, and removing and finishing welds.
