3M Adhesion Promoter 4298UV is a primer to enhance the adhesion of 3M double-sided acrylic tapes to low surface energy plastics, such as. thermoplastic olefins (TPO), thermoplastic urethanes (TPU), and polypropylene (PP), it is also suitable for EPDM, PE, PET, ABS, or EVA surfaces. Not suitable for application on PVC. The product contains a fluorescent dye to check the application of the optimal layer. Refer to the attached technical sheet for instructions.
