High-temperature polyamide filled with glass microspheres
The Spectrum PA6 GK10 filament is based on the material LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® GK 9874 NT. The qualitative parameters of the filament have been fully tested and are certified by Lehmann&Voss&Co KG.
Filament Spectrum PA6 GK10 (manufactured based on LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® GK 9874 NT) is a new high-temperature engineering material based on polyamide 6 in a natural color. Thanks to the filling with glass microspheres, it is stiffer and lighter compared to the basic polyamide material. The properties of the Spectrum PA6 GK10 material (manufactured using LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® GK 9874 NT) include low moisture impact, resistance to high temperatures, and good electrical insulation compared to unmodified PA6 and PA66. In addition, PA6 GK10 is characterized by low linear shrinkage (not exceeding 0.3 0,5 %).
The PA6 GK10 spectrum (manufactured with LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® GK 9874 NT) filled with glass microspheres has similar thermal properties to the carbon fiber (CF) version while also being an electrical insulator. The material is not as abrasive to the nozzles as the carbon fiber version and is significantly lighter than pure polyamide, which can help reduce the weight of the final print.
From a technical standpoint, the highly attractive properties of the Spectrum PA6 GK10 material (manufactured using LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® GK 9874 NT) can be achieved by adhering to the basic storage rules for this type of material (in a dry and dark place with humidity below 15%).
To achieve the best properties of the printed object, it is recommended to dry the material before starting work.
