Do you need advice on a technical problem or just download drivers? You don't have to search for anything complicated; here we have served you a complete overview of support for individual brands.

Canon doesn't only manufacture printers, but primarily cameras and camcorders, which you can tell from their website.

The important thing is that they have support for both.Canon support pages are divided into four categories: Drivers, Software, Manuals, Frequently Asked Questions. Whatever you click on, you always have to enter your product type, otherwise no one will generally talk to you. But as soon as you enter your product, a comprehensive selection of software, drivers, and useful links will appear for you. At the very bottom of your product page, you will find a contact form, a phone number, and service centers.

HP manufactures a wide range of electronics for offices, and their website reflects that.

When you click on support, you must immediately choose what you require. You can choose from four options: Support and troubleshooting, Products, Software and drivers, Discussion forums. For our part, we recommend clicking directly on Products, finding your printer, and in a second you’ll have everything in one place, from troubleshooting and manuals to video tutorials.

Compared to Canon and HP, Brother's website is very simple, even minimalist. Even though they also manufacture sewing machines, on the official website you will only find a link to the sewing machines that leads to a separate website. The Support category again contains four options: Product Registration, Service Centers, Technical Support Pages, and Contact Us. If you register the product, you will receive an extended warranty of 3 years. You can once again search for service centers by your place of residence. You can have both warranty and post-warranty products serviced, and they also offer pickup of your printer throughout the Czech Republic. Technical support pages offer software, drivers, as well as frequently asked questions. In the Contact Us category, you will find a phone number, an email address, or you can fill out the contact form.

Alongside Brother's pages, Epson's pages also belong to the category of more minimalist websites. In the Support category you will find: Downloads for your products, Frequently Asked Questions, Your Warranty, Service Center. In the downloadable files, you will again find a field where you enter your printer type, but if you are not sure, just look at the list of printers, which also includes pictures. All categories work on the principle of filtering according to the type of your printer, and of course the service works, as everywhere else, according to your place of residence.

Samsung's website is really clear and easy to navigate despite the amount of electronics it produces. Printers, unfortunately, are not the main focus, and therefore, after clicking on the Support category, we only find them after expanding all products. When we get to the printer support category, we do not find a filter as with all other manufacturers, but icons with pictures of printers. It’s quite confusing overall, which is probably why Samsung decided to handle it their own way and make a video - How to find content for my device on the website. Let's admit it, this is probably a much cheaper solution than creating completely new, clearer pages :-). After watching the video, of course everything is already clear to you, and you will easily find exactly what you are looking for.

Official Konica Minolta website

 

When you visit the Konica Minolta website, at first glance you may be a little taken aback by its peculiar, somewhat old-fashioned design, as if from the 1990s.those years :-). Once you get used to it, you will find that Konica Minolta has quite an interesting range; we were definitely intrigued by the planetariums. When we click on the Print and Document Solutions icon, we get a little further in our search for printer support. In the top bar, there is support hidden away that already offers exactly what we are looking for. Drivers, technical support, or even online chat.

Official OKI website

The Oki website is very clear, and you can quickly find exactly what you are looking for. On the bar, you will find the Support and Service category, which is further divided into three groups - Consumables and Accessories, Downloads, and More. In the Downloads category, you will find the necessary drivers and tools. Searching for your printer is done by selecting the printer from the list of options. Frequently asked questions are once again organized by printer selection; once you click through to your printer, you have all the most common questions sorted into main categories, which is very convenient and truly clear.

Official Xerox website

 

Xerox has very minimalist and clean pages. On the main page, in the top bar, we find the Technical Support category. Once we click on one of the options, whether All Support or Support and Drivers, we get to the classic printer filter. Unfortunately, a problem may arise if you do not know English, because once you look up the drivers, they are written only in English.
