What is PONY? PONY is our new brand of label makers and label printers. They can be used by children and adults alike for marking in the home, office, but some models of PONY label makers are also suitable for more demanding environments for marking cables and wires. Let's talk about what their advantages are and where you can specifically use them.

You may have noticed PONY label printers and PONY label makers popping up in our e-shop and wondered what they were. It's our new brand of label makers, label printers, but you can even find PONY tube printers, PONY labels, PONY heat shrinks, and PONY ribbons. They are comparable in quality to machines and consumables from more well-known and big brands like Brother or Dymo, but what will always be different is their prices, which are much more affordable.

Label makers PONY

PONY label makers can be divided according to the environment and marking for which it is suitable. Some may be more suited to the office or home, but others may be suitable for demanding environments. And how do we know which label makers are suitable for harsh environments and which are not? With the PONY E1000 PRO label maker, for example, we can already see at first glance that its construction looks very durable and robust to withstand the harsh conditions. We can also tell by the fact that they can print, for example, shrink tubes suitable for electrical markings or by their functions. The PONY label makers we use more at home or in the office may no longer have a durable and robust construction and may not include features for electrical work. They usually already have more elegant look, different functions and easier operation.

Some PONY label makers print labels that are designed only for them (e.g. PONY D30S) and for others we can use tapes for Brother label makers (e.g. PONY E1000 PRO and PONY P1000C). PONY labels designed specifically for some PONY label makers are for direct thermal printing and these may just fade over time. On the other hand, the tapes for Brother label makers have a dye ribbon right in the tape cassette, so the printing technology of these PONY label makers is thermal transfer, which means that the resulting labels will be very high quality and will last for many years even in adverse conditions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The use of PONY label makers

They can match many other label printers of well-known and especially larger brands in terms of print quality and overall construction quality. Their great boast is also easy and especially comfortable operation, which is not found even insome of more expensive label printer models. The use of PONY label printers can be found, for example, in offices, shops, hospitals, warehouses and even homes.

Label printers are less commonly found in the home, but if you need to label multiple items or run a small family business, you can certainly use their services too.
