Product description
The tape 3M 9087 with modified acrylic adhesive has high initial tack and very good resistance to external influences (except for higher temperatures due to the PVC carrier). It resists well to plasticizers released from plastics. It is suitable for bonding textured surfaces. It is used, among other things, as "doubling tape" for rougher surfaces in the furniture industry. It is protected by a white paper liner with a green 3M logo. A very cost-effective material.
The tape is designed for surfaces with high surface energy (HSE): unpainted metals, glass, wood, stone, ceramics, etc.; and medium surface energy (MSE): metals painted with non-baked paints, plastics except LSE, natural fabrics, etc.
