3M 7959MP is a clear double-sided adhesive spacer tape in sheets (sheet 609 mm x 914 mm) with a high-performance 200MP adhesive system. It consists of a 125-micron thick clear polyester carrier film with adhesive layers of 50 microns applied on both sides. The total thickness is 225 microns. It has excellent shear strength and high resistance to moisture, chemically aggressive environments, and high operating temperatures. Provides long-term durability of the bond, especially on surfaces that are easy to bond with high surface energy (HSE). Immediately after application, the bonded parts can be detached and repositioned. The material is protected on both sides by a moisture-resistant paper liner.
