3M 4298 is a primer to enhance the adhesion of 3M double-sided acrylic tapes to low surface energy plastics, such as. thermoplastic olefins (TPO), thermoplastic urethanes (TPU), and polypropylene (PP), it is also suitable for EPDM, PE, PET, ABS, or EVA surfaces. Not suitable for application on PVC. The product in this package does not contain fluorescent dye for checking the applied layer.
