3M 396 is a single-sided strong adhesive tape with a very mechanically resistant polyester carrier, which reliably adheres to difficult-to-bond materials such as PE or PP. It is suitable for butt welding of PP and PE films or fabrics. It has high shear adhesion strength and high carrier tensile strength.
