Product description

Filament Spectrum FlameGuard ASA 275 is a advanced material designed for use in desktop 3D printers. The FlameGuard version is based on the proven ASA 275 formulation and has been specifically designed to meet the strict requirements for non-flammability according to UL94 V0 classification. This means that the filament or parts printed with it, when subjected to a vertical burn test, will self-extinguish within 10 seconds without the fire spreading.

Just like the standard ASA 275 filament, the FlameGuard version features excellent mechanical properties, including increased flexibility, better flow properties, minimal shrinkage, and excellent layer adhesion.

It is also easily printable, comparable in this regard to PLA Spectrum Premium, which allows for seamless production of large models without the risk of warping after cooling.

Spectrum FlameGuard ASA 275 is also resistant to UV radiation and changing weather conditions, making it an ideal choice for printing prototypes, manufacturing tools, and other parts that require high durability and enhanced fire safety.
