The 3M Scotch-Weld 4799 adhesive in black color dries quickly and soon reaches structural strength, then creates durable, very strong, flexible bonds resistant to water, frost, and high temperatures.
Infiltration into porous surfaces is small. It is suitable for bonding most EPDM rubbers, microporous rubbers, rubber, felt, tarpaulin, linoleum, and other lightweight materials to most metals, plastics, wood, and concrete.
