The structural two-component highly flexible epoxy adhesive 3M Scotch-Weld DP100 Plus cures quickly at room temperature. Processing time up to 4 minutes, handling strength achieved in approximately 20 minutes, full curing in approximately 24 hours. The adhesive creates very strong, yet flexible and durable bonds with high impact and static strength on metals, glass, ceramics, and plastics with higher surface energy. Highly clear, without air bubbles. With long-term exposure to sunlight, it may slightly yellow, but this does not affect the strength of the bond. Self-extinguishing according to UL94 HB. Suitable for use in the 3M EPX application system.
