Kapton tape 3M 5413 consists of a polyimide film and silicone adhesive with a temperature resistance of up to 260 °C.
It is designed for applications where the tape is exposed to high temperatures, at which it does not soften and remains dimensionally stable. It is particularly suitable as a masking tape for wave soldering during PCB assembly. It is resistant to chemicals and radiation.Recently viewed products
